Responsibilities:
  • Search for leads/list of potential Eden Farm partnership farmers
  • Visit Farmer Group (Gapoktan) or Stakeholder for EdenFarm partnership
  • Socialize the Eden Farm partnership through farmer meetings
  • Acquire farmers who are interested in the Eden Farm partnership scheme.
  • Complete farmer administrative documents for partnership needs
  • Conduct the preparation and collection of farmer's RAB
  • Assisting the signing of the agreement between farmers and Eden Farm

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree of any major, Agronomy / Agriculture is preferred
  • Has minimum 1 year of working experience as an agronomist or field coordinator
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a excellent interpersonal, management, organizational, analytical and observation skill
  • Have a strong will to make an impact in agriculture and have experience managing or being involved in any agricultural project
  • Able to communicate and establish a good relationship with the field/project team.
  • Able to multitask, result-oriented, attention to detail and highly initiative.
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
